These guys are crooks. Read all the other reports, they say exactly the same story as mine. I ordered 5 shocks on 4/2/11. The website says will ship in 2-7 business days. By 4/21/11, I still hadn't received the first email from them, or any tracking numbers. On their website, my order just says Pending. I waited until after their worst case scenario shipping times had long passed before emailing them.

When I emailed them, here's the response I got:

Thanks for your order!  We just spoke with Monroe about your order, and they apologized for the delays in processing it.  Everything is ok with your order, and Monroe is working double shifts all weekend to catch up.  We will email the tracking number to you the moment it departs.

Yeah, right. It's all Monroe's fault you didn't have it in stock like you led me to believe. And I'm real sure Monroe is working double shifts all weekend just to make some Toyota pickup truck shocks for me, because they're so out of Toyota pickup truck shocks. I found it an insult to my intelligence that they think I bought that answer. And everything is NOT OK. You took my money and didn't ship my order.

When I checked on the internet, I found this site and lots of other people with the exact same story. Then on 4/21 I called and talked to Luke Hamby. I asked him where my order was. He asked to put me on hold and then never came back. The automatic hold system finally put me back to the operator, but she didn't answer either, so it just went to voicemail. I hung up and called back, and voicemail again. Obviously, this company is dodging people who complain, hoping they just give up I guess.

I did give up. I gave up on any hope this company would do the right thing in any way. I called up my credit card company and asked them to do a chargeback, and I encourage everyone who has a problem with them to do the same thing. I intend to also complain to the BBB and to let the Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs in their state know of their scam.

And I really love their lame responses to other customers on here. They try to sound so straightforward. Hey Just Suspension, a blind man can read this situation. YOU'RE A CROOK.

I would never do business with this place after reading how rude and ignorant they are to a customer who clearly is angry and telling the truth.



I can not believe you said "only 11 complaints" that would be a high amount.



If you really think anyone would use your coupon code you are a fool.

Dear Steve,
I just looked over the tracking info submitted by the company above. The order shipped the same day this report was FILED. Since ROR screens all submissions, that means that the company in question had no way to see the report before they shipped the struts.

You're the classic jerk of a consumer who makes business suck. :(

Hopefully you will intelligent enough to install what you ordered without damaging the vehicle and killing 28 school children.

Update: I did receive a Fedex tracking number on 4/22. This is the day AFTER I filed this report. It's possible you either shipped them after receiving the pressure, or you just coincidentally shipped them the day after I started this, not knowing that I had. Either way, at this point, I do have a tracking number. What I don't have is shocks, and that's the whole point to begin with. It's been 20 days since I ordered. Your website says 2-7 days ship time. Even if the parts do show up, you never told me up front in any way that it could take this long, or I would have never placed the order.

Quite frankly, this whole thing could have been avoided if you had honestly communicated with me. Instead, you chose to put me on hold and never come back, then switch me to voicemail, and then not answer your phone after that. So your customer service still sucks. This could have been so easily avoided if you just didn't dodge me on the phone.

But I will be fair, and overlook the SERIOUS delay in shipping for now. The shocks are slated to be here on 4/26/11. When they get here, I will examine if they are new, safe, and the correct part numbers I ordered. For the record, I ordered 2 Monroe 37032, 2 Monroe 37030, and 1 Monroe SC2947. We will see how this turns out. Despite being very put out about the unadvertised shipping delay, I will report back the final outcome honestly.

By the way, thanks for posting my personal information on the web. I really enjoyed that.

Mr. Hulett:  We really do appreciate your order, but your arguments here don't have a leg to stand on.  Please check your email for our fedex tracking number, which is 831712060561187 scheduled for delivery to your 3rd place address in Ocala on 4/26/2011.  Also, please call Monroe and ask them about their double shifts, and the fact that they are even planning on working Easter weekend as they try to catch up.  The facts are that your order was processed on April 4th 2011, and as the Monroe Outlet those items come from the Monroe factory, which is how we can offer such great prices.  The truck from Monroe with your parts on them finally arrived at our warehouse last night (the 21st) and your parts were promptly packed up and shipped to you within 18 hours of arriving in from the factory.  Because of the extreme delays with your order, we even upgraded your free (slow USPS) shipping to Fedex so that you would receive it faster.  We didn't charge you a dime for that.  We also replied to your multiple emails within 8 hours of you sending them.

Over 98% of our orders ship within the 5-7 day window that is promised.  Please accept our apologies that your order took 15 days.  We find that timeframe inexcusable, and have worked with Monroe to fix that.
