I have booked my flights (business class) through this company from Copenhagen to San Francisico. They have changed our schedule 4 times without any compensation. Their changes caused my re-schedule of many of my activities. For example, I had to book my hotel nights before the travel due to the re-schedule of the flights several times and these have wasted me few hundred bucks. When I complained this issue to the company, they even had a worse attitude than me. It is incredible this company can survive like that without getting bankrupt. 

They of course blamed the airlines saying that it is their faults. But again they are not responsible for any of these inconvience caused by them. I am so amazed by this kind of irresponsible attitude toward business class clients. Now just imaging their regular clients. I would highly discourage any people choose their trips and travels with this company. They have no sense of responsiblity and customer care. A shame for the travel industry!
