1. company does NOT deliver in 5-7 days. Company delivered package in 16+ days... still waiting...
2. company is not sympathetic in response to mistakes THEY made. offered an apology once over 6+ emails, and did not offer to correct their mistakes in any way, even though they have a 100% customer satisfaction, guarantee. =false.
3. package arrived with a tare in it. My partner and I opened to find only one ring inside (we ordered 2 matching rings). We notifed the company of this and then they explained that they had the other ring and it's on its way. What! How horrible! We thought someone stole the ring in transit to our home! -Why did they not tell us this?
Do NOT order from this company. Order from someone who cares about quality and customer satisfaction.
