Complaint Review: Just Titanium

Just Titanium Titanium turned out to be plastic. Lost my rturn. No refund. China Internet

I ordered a Titanium neckless from this company.  I spent 3 times what other sites were charging because I thought it would be better quality. What I got was a CHEAP necklass that felt just like a plastic toy you would get out of a gumball machine.  I also paid extra shipping to receive the product in 2 days and it took over 6 weeks to get the product. I was so disappointed in the product I sent the company an email right away asking how I returned it for a full refund.  I followed their directions for the return. I paid for the return shipment and because it was going to Hong Kong I was given a tracking number from USPS.  After 30 days I have not received my refund and now they are telling me they never got my return.  I sent them the tracking information and they said they can not locate my package.  Because it is Hong Kong USPS does nto have any information after it hits China.  I am now out the product and my money. This comapny will not give me my refund even thought I can show I sent the product back following their instructions.
