This company is super shady. It is another Indian company that promises the sky and delivers nothing. I puchased two tickets for my wife and daughter and needed to change the flights to a different destination. I purchased thier travel insurence for this very eventuallity. All they do is to block me and tell me that the only thing I cna do is pay them $200 per ticket to mearly postpone the ticket for 6 months but, the details must be exactly the same. The depature city, arrival city, airlines, pasongers and everything must be the same. I don't mind paying a fee to change the destination or getting a voucher for later use or only a partial refund; however, I should be able to get something back from this. These people are the worst. Never use them.

I have used justairticket.com twice before this year on flights to Brussels from Atlanta. I tend to buy my tickets at the last minute and I saved $200 the first time and $500 the second time compared to the price quoted by the airline the same day. Confirmation for both tickets was immediate and they delivered perfectly on their promise. I will definetely continue to use them.
In all fairness for "justairticket.com", if you purchase a non-refundable ticket and tend to change your mind about your travel plans, take a cancellation insurance on your own to linmit your risk. But don't blame the company especially when they do offer some solutions to avoid a complete loss of the ticket.
