Be very carefull to read ALL the small print when signing up for this service.
If you don't you may find yourself faced with the following: (extract from terms and conditions)
Payment Terms: By signing up for a subscription, you are authorizing JustAnswer to automatically charge a subscription fee each month or year you are enrolled in a subscription program to the payment source that you provide to JustAnswer (e.g. credit card, PayPal account). The monthly or yearly subscription fee is refundable until the end of the subscription period. Any optional bonuses or tips you decide to provide will be additionally charged to your payment source.
If you look to the right of the page you will see that you are automatically enrolled in the unlimited subscription plan
In much smaller print you are given the option to view the plan details and not quite as clearly how to opt out.
The cost per month would set you back 32.00 which would work out at 384.00 per year, which is an awful lot of money for not actually doing anything.
In terms of the service they provide, the information seems to be pretty basic about electronic repairs
I can't comment about other areas.
Advice - keep your money in your pocket and walk down the road to a local trader
