I found and followed some troubleshooting steps in regards to Harley Davidson FLHTCUI 2003 Ultra Classic Electra Glide.  I still could not get it to start, and clicked on their "Have a question?".  It was preportedly manned by two motorcycle experts.  My question was answered by "Steve, Motorcycle Mechanic".  See the first screenshot.

I answered with everything I had done - I was a mechanic myself and generally take care of my own vehicles.  After the discussion, where "Steve" asked, are you fixing your Electra yourself?", I answered that I am and have done the work for a long time.

The response was that "while you are fillng out [the to-join form], I'll tell the Buick Mechanic about your situation and connect you two."

At this point, there is NO WAY to text again and tell him you do not have a Buick.

I called the 800-509-5721 help phone number.  I kept telling the guy, I did not want Buick, and this smelled like a bait and switch. The man with the decidedly Indian accent kept saying to sign up anyway, and the moderators would route it to the right catagory of expert.  After going back and forth, I did say I would continue but if I were not connected to a motorcycle mechanic, they would get the most blistering rip-off report imaginable.  He stated they have an A+ rating from the BBB [whose?!?!] and believed I would be satisfied.

I was indeed sent to Buick.

I tried the chat line for help.  I recieved the run-around, and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) "agenct" send me to "her supervisor".  The "supervisor" - who I am still not convinced was not a more advanced AI "agent", basically told me it was MY fault for chosing the catagory [No, I selected the "ask your question" from the 2003 Harley Davidison will not start page] and finally said they do not have Harley Davidson experts on staff.

So, the system did a classic "Bait-and-Switch" where it promised me a Harley expert answer and tap-danced to finally admitting they do not have one.

I intend to follow up with the State Attorney General and the FCC.
