JustAnswer.com Scam. Do NOT use. Waste of $$$$. Unknown Internet
I went in to ask for help. Got scammed for $5 to enter. I had to wait, and wait and wait some more. I did not ever get a response. I wasted my time. And while waiting for a response, I just continued to go to other online sites to ask for help and got the answers that I need to troubleshoot my TV and fixed it....for free.
I was taken for $5. But could have been worse since the total was to be $28 to ask and get a response. $5 is still a scam. I had to use my debit card. I should have used my CC so I can claim a refund for a lousy response.
