Got a problem with my VW Polo and have decidesd to ask you for help unfortunately your mechanic MIKE did not understand my query and was quite unkind at his last reply which I enclose for your consideration.I have told him that all steps he sugested have been followed but the problem persists, he either did not understand or he does not know what he is talking about.

Please consult a kinder mechanic for my query, as i felt like being take for a ride with the 20,00 fee!

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive a helpful answer.  When a customer doesn't receive a helpful answer we encourage them to respond to the Expert and tell them why the answer wasn't helpful. This will accomplish two things: 

1) the Expert will work on a better answer, but if the answer is still not satisfactory, you can ask the Expert to opt out of the question and open it to other Experts and 

2) other Experts will be aware that you are still waiting for a helpful answer and they may respond on the page. You always have the choice of which answer to accept and if you do not get a satisfactory answer, you do not have to accept any. 

Remember there is no cost for follow up questions as long as they are posted in the same thread. Please use the reply button when responding to your Expert and only click the accept button when you are satisfied with your answer. 

If we can't get you a helpful answer you can either use your deposit towards future questions or request a refund on this page:
