 I had a legal question concerning Estate Law. The splash screen says $5 Good Faith Deposit is required. Ok. I will cough up the fiver. I asked my question and did get an answer advising what that would mean in the estate. On the page with the answer, there is a text box saying if you would feel better by being contacted by phone to discuss, talk to the legal expert for an additional $56. I did not avail myself of that option. I paid through payPal, so I did check the charge and found a billing for $36. I emailed Customer Service and was advised that I could ask more questions, but I don't have any. I will never use this "service" again. Really a complete scam. I will not throw good money after bad.
