The site is misleading, letting you believe you will get an answer immediately until after you have processed payment.
The site is misleading, not offering you a way to contact anyone and ask for help.
This is a pure ripoff site and should be taken out of business.

I was first telephoned screened in order to be sent to the right counsel.
