Justcloud.com Justcloud wont stop taking money out of my account Internet

I signed up for Justcloud.com online  backup for my phone. I wanted something that could back up a folder like Dropbox will. They do not offer a complete backup or they did not in March when I signed up for the service. Justcloud does not have a phone that they answer so I canceled my service through their internal mail. Some link on their support webpage. I canceled the service March 11 2014. They never stopped billiing me and refuse to refund my money.

We see that you wish to cancel your account. We kindly ask that you explain to us further what is happening? Did we let you down in some way that we are not aware of?

Whatever the issue is, we will see if we can have it fixed for you, we are here to help a valued customer like you. As a gesture of goodwill we can add 3 months free subscription to your account instead of canceling. This way you get to keep the the service for an additional 3 months.

We try to cater for all needs with the ability to backup, use the service for file storage and file syncing. Now is an exciting time for us as well, we soon will have even quicker backup speeds, a new look control panel and a brand new app with even more functionality!

We would really, really like to resolve any problems but if you do not wish to proceed please confirm you wish to cancel. By not replying yourticket will remain on hold and we will not know you wish to continue with cancellation.

Please let us know if you need further assistance, we are more than happy to assist you. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We would like to know why do you wish to cancel your account? We are more than willing to provide your account 6 months free of service if it means staying with us.
