JustDirectAutoParts strips down used part; fails to comply with agreement to resolve Lakewood California
The used parts company was referred through an on line locator service as a result of my inquiry. My car had some front end damage and needed a new bumper cover. They responded and we agreed upon a price. Renee, the owner took my information over the phone and assured me they were an honest operation.
The bumper cover arrived in a timely manner. However, they stripped off the chrome trim and tow hook covers. I contacted them, and a man named Frank replied said that he had told me that the trim did not come with the cover. This was obviously false as I had only spoken with Renee. He invited me to return the cover if I was unhappy with the deal.
Although the tow hook covers cost me over $120, and I straightened the chrome, we settled by agreeing to a $75 refund. I have the emails confiming this. After 4 months, Renee has not complied. I have telphoned them numerous times and they refuse to take my calls.

In your original order did you also order trim and the tow hook cover? If not, it is your fault and you were offered a refund by the business.
If you order a part you get that part, not all the accessories.
