I purchased a pair of sneakers online through Just Fashion Now for a total of $39.98. The following day, I checked my bank account and I had a pending payment for $60.40 going to ChicV.

I used JFN online chat to speed up communications, they told me I hadn't changed my country exchange rate during ordering. I informed them the country was correct and usually, a customer is informed when there is a change of currency added, it is done prior to payment being made, not after.

I am in the process of demanding a REFUND. I informed them that they are deceiving their customers by allowing this to occur. I will be unsubscribing them as soon as I have a suitable reply with a good reason why this can happen and a refund.

In future, when I am buying online, elsewhere, I will be using PayPal as they can reverse payments and inform me of any change in currency rates that need to be added without coming as a surprise the next day. They offered me some minor discounts, which were pathetic. I chose to be refunded with what I had paid including the exchange rate value I was charged. I ended up receiving less money due to the dollar value that day. I just let it go and once my refund was deposited into my account, unsubscribe!
