JustFlowers.com Did not deliver on time, delivered wrong flowers, replaced my message with their own Internet
I placed an order for flower delivery on Mother's Day and received a confirmation email on 8 May 2014. On Mother's Day at 4:05 p.m., I received an email saying they could not deliver that day and would deliver the next day. The next day at 4:00 p.m., I received an email saying they could not deliver that day and would deliver the next day. The next day, they delivered the wrong flowers and replaced my message with one that said, "Sorry these are late."
I called the company and told them I wanted the correct flowers delivered and I wanted a full refund. They said they couldn't do that. It was only after I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau that they sent me an email saying they would refund $15.00.
I am still waiting (20 May 2014) for the final disposition from the Better Business Bureau. I highly RECOMMEND AGAINST using this company.
