I ordered flowers for my wife. I knew that the deadline was tight, but they said they could deliver them on time. Ten (10) days after I made the order, I began to receive phone calls during the day, when I work, asking me to call about the order. (This is an online florist, I expect to receive communication online!)

I have sent three emails, asking to cancel the order and reverse the charge ($81.44) on my credit card. I continue to receive emails asking me to contact them to discuss my order.

The implication is that they will not cancel my order, but want me to make another choice. If I don't hear from this company in the next 24 hours, I will contact the Better Busines Bureau of Los Angeles.

If you don't want to have a similar experience, I would advise to stay away from this online business, and all the affiliated companies:
