Justflowers I ordered an arrangment for Mother'sDay they wasn't delivered so i cancelled the order and sent emails.They ignored my request after telling me my funds would be redeposited into my account in 2 to 3 Los Angeles, California

I ordered a flower arrangement for Mother's Day to be delivered to the hospital for a very ill lady,they were very important to me that she received them. No flowers was delivered. I then email the company, they only responed after my waiting all day for the arrangement an email. They proceeded to email me they didn't have enough of the type of flowers i wanted to be delivered. I cancelled the order by phone,i was told it would take 2 to 3 business days for the funds to be redeposited. They ignored my request and decided to keep the funds by sending the flowers on May 13 which was 4 days later. I email the company the night i didn't received the flowers to let know how important they were and how disappointed i was when she didn't received them. It meant nothing to them. It's so sad how people find ways to keep from losing or keep something that isn't rightfully there's when the solution is to do right and be fair.
