BEWARE!!! This company does not live up to any of the guarentees it promises on its sign on page!!! All they have done is taken $$$ out of my bank account!!! They do not have live people that you can talk to when you have issues and trust me you WILL have issues. The Live chat is done by computer. If you call the 1-800 number it will ring and ring put you on hold and disconnect after you wait for 10-15 mins.

After approx 25 calls I did get a non-english speaking support person who listened to about 1/4 of my problem and then told me I needed billing dept but he was transferring me to the sales dept. and I could ask for billing from there. After the phone rang for 4-5 mins. I was disconnected and I never was able to connect to any other person after that.

After several more attempts of waiting 10-15mins on hold only to get disconnected AGAIN I decided to web chat even though the other 2 web chats I had prior to today did nothing in the way of helping resolve issues.   The computer that I chatted with  on this "LIVE" chat also did nothing to help resolve my issues.

I signed up with justhost on 1/4/2011 and they were prompt when they were taking the money out of my bank account but have not been prompt with any other service I needed! 
It is now 2/9/2011 my purchased domains are still not up accessible. Somewhere during the sign up process my main domain got put in as a transfer. I did not request a transfer of a domain because I was and still am very aware I did not have any contact with any other company associated with web hosting web pages or any other internet marketing techniques or tactics and did not have ownership of any web domain names!  The customer service i received on my 2 min. unresolved support call and my 2 hour web chat was horrific! I was willing to accept responsibility for the error even though I know I requested justhost to register and host my domain. I was charged $118.80 for a new standard plan with 20% off and assumed that fee included not only registration and hosting but also some type of support services but I was wrong apparently that charge was for something but I still dont know and cld not get answered on my web chat today either.  All I needed was information on what I could do to fix the error so I could get websites up. And what I was billed for and justhost.com cldnt even provide that for me.

The only infomation that was useful or truthful on this chat was when I was told to wait while he researched my problem. (Since I had not completed stating my problem I guess that info was not truthful either  but  i was aware at that I wldnt be receiving any response for quite a while!)  I also sent emails trying to find out what could be done but since I havent received responses and they were sent 3 days ago (even though they guarentee a 30 min response time!!!!) I attempted to contact a real human. I found out that after you sign up I could not find any phone number to contact them and had to go to original web page as if I were a new customer.

My previous 2 web chats were just as useless as the one today! On the first one I was told their server was down and had been down since 10:30am (It was 10:00pm when I started that chat) I was assured that they would have it up in 1-2 hrs and I would be able to access my domain at that time. After 2 hrs when I still could not access it I did the 2nd webchat where I was informed someone else had the rights to the domain I thought I had purchased from justhost and was told to email billing (IE the emails I sent 3 days ago with no response)

I started my attempts to contact a real human at 2:40 this afternoon and it is now 6:00 pm and apparently I must send the billing dept another email to request refund (I was given that info )but after seeing all the ripoff reports I highly doubt I will receive a response for that either.

Their guarentee tab on the sign up page should contain a WARNING saying "responding to this webpg will drain your bank account and u will receive nothing else promised for your dollars!!!" Then at least there would be something honest on it!!!

I wish I would have known about this ripoff report site before I went to justhost.com!!!  And I wish I knew a good attorney that would help file a class action suit so we all could get the money we gave this shady scamming company!
