NM Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Bosson, NM Appeals Court Chief Judge Michael Bustamante, NM District Judge Geraldine Rivera and NM House Speaker Ben Lujan are meddling in and attempting to put a stop to the on-going criminal investigation of graft and corruption in the Regional Housing Authority of New Mexico and its disgraced former executive director Vincent "Smiley" Gallegos. These four high-level politicians, along with government attorney Randall Roybal and Judge Rivera's brother, Robert Rivera, have been working very hard to keep Smiley Gallegos from getting indicted in the New Mexico Regional Housing Authority scandal of the century.
It is being alleged that they have all benefited from Smiley Gallegos' criminal conduct. According to an inside informant, Chief Justice Bosson and Chief Judge Bustamante used Judge Rivera's false complaint, false statements and false testimony to "get rid of" Appeals Court Judge Ira Robinson. In return, Bosson and Bustamante allegedly agreed to help Judge Rivera and Speaker Lujan "protect" Smiley Gallegos - and make the criminal investigation "go away."
It has also been alleged that Judge Rivera and Speaker Lujan have benefited and profited immensly from New Mexico's regional housing scandal and Smiley Gallegos' (criminal?) enterprises.

It is my humble opinion that most if not all New Mexico Appeals Court Judges, and New Mexico Supreme Court Judges are crooked and have their hands deep in the pockets of defense attorneys. Their ruling are without merit and clearly illustrate this. Appeals Court Judge Ira Robinson, is as bad or worse as any of them. New Mexico citizens are lucky to be rid of him and should clear out the entire court.
