Justin Evans is a DANGER to horses, as he ABUSES these beautiful creatures, by injecting and feeding them dangerous, drugs and chemicals, in order to win races.
Several bottles of VODKA were confiscated from his barn, and outrageous levels of ILLEGAL substances were found in the horses he trains.
Justin Evans has shown a criminal and disturbing pattern of behavior during his career as a trainer. In Minnesota, at Canterbury Park, Justin Evans had bad tests, and bad debts. In additon to the 3 DIRTY TESTS @Turf Paradise trainer (and cheat) Justin Evans had FOUR DIRTY tests @ Canterbury Downs in Minnesota.

Doping of horses with VODKA, and other OBSCENE SUBSTANCES is Justin Evans method of operation.
His BLATANT and BRAZEN ABuse of these helpless horses MUST be stopped forever.
