Complaint Review: Justin Lewis

I will try and keep this brief as I can whilst attempting to get in all of the relevant points.

I am now 55 years old and a full time carer and have been for the last 6 years working from home looking after both my elderly parents. I felt I needed to build a business and have some other interest and income to help sustain me as my age would be against me should I be in the position where I no longer could care for my mother and father.

My background and current situation was explained before an agreement was entered into.

I entered into an agreement in August 2012 with Justin Lewis representing Niche Optimizer..he was to build me an authority website in a specific niche of my choice and then supply ongoing support to obtain an income from the website.
He came across as being 100% genuine and ethical..I therefore handed over $800 approx 520.00 via credit card.
I was given access to something Justin calls 'Basecamp' on his website, this is basically a place where you can find out what is going on in the niche optimizer 'community' and also have direct contact with Justin Lewis.

Unfortunately two days after my payment to Justin my mother was rushed into hospital with a serious condition..that same evening I informed Justin via basecamp of the situation and suggested that he should delay the building of my website until I knew the full story regarding my mother.

My concern was that I had to visit my mother and talk with the consultants and then return home and care for my father..I made it clear to Justin that I was still excited at the prospect of running my new business but needed for things to settle down first so I could dedicate some time to the business. I was told this was not a problem.

This situation was in place for a number of months in which my mother deteriorated.

I was also in touch with Justin during these months and it was in this period of time that I noticed a distinct change in Justins attitude.

He started to not reply to my questions regarding the business and when he did reply I was getting either getting one line answers or ridiculous excuses..alarm bells started to ring when this became normal behaviour from him.

My mother was diagnosed with the early stages of vascular dementia and in short that meant that when she returned home my caring duties would become far more intense..with that and Justins attitude I did not feel as though I could carry on with our agreement. I asked Justin to come to some arrangement so we could part amicably.

This is where Justin Lewis showed his true colours.

He said he could not afford to refund any monies because his girlfriend crashed his car and he had spent a lot of money over the Christmas period...I said I would wait until he could. He explained the policy of niche optimizer was that after a certain amount of time any refunds were void but he would do what I thought was right.

Needless to say he didn't..it has now reached the stage where Justin Lewis has taken the money, not provided any kind of product or service and is ignoring all correspondence. Access to basecamp is also denied.

This in my book makes Justin Lewis nothing more than a common thief.

I will do my utmost to discredit this guy whenever I have the opportunity.

I will also give my permission for anyone wanting proof of my dealings with Justin Lewis..I have personal emails from him depicting his dishonest and devious smarmy character.

To say this guy and his business rely on word of mouth is beyond belief.

I am currently in touch with the authorities in the UK.
