We hired Justin Paul's Productions to tape our wedding. He was a friend of ours who does video freelancing jobs. His wife, Ellen and him, Justin Egley videotaped our wedding. Two years later we have yet to receive anything regarding a video. I have contacted him numerous times with no progress. He's lied and said, he sent it out UPS and gave me a tracking number and everything. When nothing arrived, I contacted UPS and they said, he paid for the shipping but there was nothing for UPS to pick up when they arrived at his residence. We have contacted the better business bureau, pennsylvania's attorney general. All without any help.  We signed a contract with him. I don't understand what the point of the contract is if the person who initially made the contract doesn't doesn't hold up his side of the contract.  We have sent him a letter from an attorney "threatening" to take him to court, still nothing. The "best part" is I have found at least 4 other brides who still haven't received any video from him either. He takes the money and runs. He steal's brides money and keeps the videos for himself. I have learned that all the brides have the same story of the lies he tells them regarding why the video is taking so long. And he uses the UPS number excuse for EVERYONE. He has changed his website so his other freelance companies don't know about his jobs on the side. The fact that he has changed his website, just shows how guilty he really is.   I need help to bring this fraudulent thief to justice!!! Can anyone help us out????

After months/years of trying without any resolution. We ended up filing a police report for stolen property. A police officer callied Justin letting him know if we didn't get our video that there would be a warrent out for his arrest. Within a month or so we finally received our wedding video.

It's a shame Justin Paul's Production is dysfunctional because Justin is a talented videographer.  My video was beautiful and glad to have it. Even more glad to be done with the whole situation.
