Justin Shiffman doesn't pay his employees Internet
Justin Shiffman is a scam artist. He continually lies about his financials and has no business running a company. While at Next Tier, payments routinely came late. When he decided to layoff half the company (just after telling everyone that they had enough funding for two years), he promised severance for everyone and then never paid it. Lawyers have reached out to him and he's completely unresponsive. Eventually when Next Tier goes under and Justin goes on his next failing adventure, do not work for this guy in any scenario. Look up slimy salesman in the dictionary and you'll see this guy's face front and center. He received all his funding from his Dad and would rather drive a Porsche than pay his employees. Seriously, he's the worst.
