Research ongoing into this Ebay based scam selling flooded cars via the bait and switch. Took advantage of elderly woman in Fort Wayne, IN. Negotiated deal via representations car ran, was in good shape. Pledged to send car prepaid. Sent north COD for shipping after talking elderly woman into wiring funds that were supposed to pay in full. Justin Chance Spector, previoulsy arrested and possibly on probation for fraud, used companies named above to futher this bait and switch. Car does not run, smells of swamp, was underwater at some time. Now old woman out, fighting back with help of relative who is consumer protection attorney. Plans to attempt to bring local, state and federal resources to bare to shut down this likely fraud ring passing off flooded cars as merchantable via Ebay scams and shady auto transports.
