Justin lists his address as 10190 Pearsall Rd, Atascosa Texas but his mother told the Sheriff who wen t to investigate the animal abuse that he does not have puppies there is he is puppy broker. As a mobile salesman it is easier for him to break the law. He will be selling puppies again at 6527 Bandera road in Leon Valley Texas on Saturday August 6, 2011 beginning at 10am.
