Complaint Review: justinsautoparts@gmail.com

I was connected with this company through an internet locator service (getusedparts.com).  I needed a windshield for a rare car and was told they had one in excellent condition etc.  We agreed on a price that included the part and shipping to my home address.  They insisted on a money order as payment which I sent them.  Needless to say the part never arrived.  They have changed their email address twice (I currently cannot contact them any longer by email), and do not answer the phone or return messages.  I know they still exist as the phone message changes.

I had faith in this company to hold up their end of the bargain which they did not.

I am very disappointed and have logged a complaint against them through the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

I don't expect to get my money back, but hope enough people read this message and stay away from the Company....with any luck, they will close up shop which they so richly deserve.
