I have puchased this jacket back in dec 11th. 2004. I received on Dec.20th.2004 not only the wrong jacket but i wanted a XXL i received a L. I have contacted this company numerous times by phone as i have the records from my sprint phone bill. The company has given me the run around since i got the wrong jacket. I notified them of the mistake and they told me they would 2nd day air the right jacket to me as it was a christmas present.

That never happened. I called and emailed them to cancel this order on the 23rd. They said at that time the refund will be there as soon as they receive the jacket. I told them I want this to be returned and want to know how to do it.They said they would have ups pick it upwell nothing hapened.

I called on the 28th of dec.They told me they would send a ups pick up out that day. well that never happened. I talked to them again on the 30th trying to get this jacket picked up and do it thier way and waited till the 6th of january for this pick up. I grew tired of waiting and called on the 6th and asked for a account number so i could ship this to them and have a tracking number so i could have proof it arrived. True I chose to send this 2nd day air rather than ground.

This has been going on since the 20th of dec. and I have been very patient with this company. And even though i have sent it 2nd day air rather than ground I should receive a full refund of $82.94. there own policy returns will be refunded up to 2 weeks from the returned date of jan. 6th 2004 11:37 am.per UPS Tracking number F0489456177. I know that technically they received the jacket and two weeks is tomorrow however This has been going on for so long I was hoping you could get my full refund as i feel i am more the entitled to that.
