We have a contract with Kids.com since 04/04/2005.
Kids.com LLC, agrees to provide a 5 year service for $595 plus the additional $20 dollars every six months for the entire period. They never contact me with any information to let me know if there any changes and I couden't take my son for pictures anymore. Visual Image thats the name of the photographers, they inform me that they don't accept my son anymore.
At this point I just need more information and have some justice because 2 years ago we sacrifice a lot to get $595 for something that never exist.
