Complaint Review: JustTitanium.com

These rings have been a disappointment since, they arrived. 1st they were not engraved but we decided to let that go, now I am having a special dinner with my husband and he said there is a problem with his ring as you can see in the picture. 100% satisfaction guarantee,( Is what their website claims) we have had the rings less than 30 days. I would have like to continue to do business with them but for the amount of money we paid for these rings we have not received much satisfaction. These rings were for out 4th Anniversary. Below is the response I got from the company.
