JuvaCell Skin Care AKA Beau Skin Cream I ordered and received a sample of their cream for $4.95 on February 02/02/2016. They took another $98.71 out 02/15/2016. Santa Ana California Nationwide
After two calls to get our money back they gave us $49.36 of our money. They insisted that was all the could do since I missed the end of the trial date by one day. We decided to contact our bank to insure that they would not be able to debit any further money from our account. I cancelled my debit card to insure they couldn't take any other funds from our as count. Our back is trying to get $49.33 they took from our account.
I ordered a trial sample of face cream, JuvaCell skin cream for $4.95 on 02/02/2016. The cream turned my skin very red. I was one day later in calling the company as per their 15 day trial as they debited another $98.71 from our account. After two calls to them they put only $49.71 of $98.71 to our account. The reps I spook to said they couldn't help us any further. We found on the Internet that they are considered a scam and they are in the process of putting together a lawsuit. Our bank is in the process of trying to get the other $49.36 put back into our account. I had my debit card cancelled and this company can no longer debit funds from our account.
