Complaint Review: Juvalux

Juvalux advised they sent the product to me. I never received anything and they charged me in October and November for product I didn't order and did not receive. Refused to give me a refund because they said they had a tracking number for the product. Internet

Juvalux fraudently drafted my bank account two months in a row for products I did not order and did not receive. They advised they had my IP address????  and tracking number and therefore could not refund my money. I explained to them again. I did not order the product and did not receive the product. They put me through a long dissertation on how they were going to contact the Nashville police department, have them come to my apartment, take a report and prosecute the owner of the computer with the IP address. 

 

This is totally ridiculous. It is scam and a fraud!!

 

I didn't use my credit card however, they have my credit card information. I am having the bank close the account and dispute the charges.
