I ordered a trial sample from Juvalux from their online website for $5.95. Hidden in the website in the Terms is wording that indicates that your account will automaticaly be placed on auto ship and charged $89.95 for each product every month Plus shipping . in order to place your order to get the trial sample you must agree to the terms of service. if you do not cancel within 14 days you will automatically receive a shipment. I realized this when I received the products in the mail and was billed 89.95 for each. No paperwork comes in the package. I called Juvalux and told them that I wanted to return the products, cancel whatever I was signed up for, and receive a refund.

I was advised that I could cancel, could not send the products back, and could not obtain a refund. After much cajoling , they finally agreed to refund me 35% of the purchase price. When I threatened to go to the credit card company, I was advised that then I would receive nothing! They continuously refer to the "terms of agreement". This company is a complete fraud, in business solely to take advantage of people and steal their money. To be threatened by a company if you report them, is shocking. Not being able to return the product is also indicative of their lack of regard for their customers and their true intent. This company can hide behind their legalese , but their intentions are quiet evident. They need to be shut down!

In my case the credit card company obviously agreed with me.  All the charges were removed from my card, with a charge back to Juvalux.  Maybe those terms and conditions were not so obvious after all. Fight for your rights when dealing with these ripoff artists.  Don"t listen to their threats offering to give you back 35% if you don't report them to the credit card company.  No reputable company does this.  Report them and get your full refund. Who is crying and whining now.

The response is total scam justification.  Juvalux is a poor product and the advertising does not make it clear that you are agreeing to monthly shipments at $89 each.  Stay away from this company.

The terms and conditions very clearly tell the reader all about the monthly shipment process.  There is absolutely NOTHING hidden.  Of course, if you, like many others, failed to read those terms and conditions the end result will be the crying and whining when you see the credit card charges, all because of failing to be a smart consumer and reading the OBVIOUS terms and conditions!
