JVC aka Beau Derma Beau Derma Ordered sample product along with RevitaEye. Was billed 3 more times for 91.90 and 2 times for 94.90. Internet
My wife ordered a sample from RevitaEye in December, and they included a skin care sample from JVC. The cost was for shipping only, $4.95 and $5.95. Shortly after we were billed $91.90 and $94.90. We then received another shipment and were billed again. My wife called JVC and canceled, but we again received a shipment from RevitaEye. I called revitaeye and they have canceled our order and have given us a return authorization code for their product. JVC on the other hand only has a recording that says the account is canceled, so I can not get an address or return authoization code. I have contacted my bank, and have had to cancel the credit card. They are going to bill back the charges.

See its unfortunate. This is NOT a ripoff. Atleast NOT from the company supplying the product. No its WORSE then that. Its the CONSUMER who is ACTUALLY ripping THEM OFF!! When "Your Wife" entered in her payment information a window popped up informing the consumer that they had to click an "I Agree" tab. Now we as consumers have so gotten use to JUST clicking that tab that we don't even see it anymore. The problem is that ALL of what they have done is in that tab!!!! So YOUR WIFE agreed WITHOUT READING WHAT SHE WAS AGREEING TO. There in is the problem. Had she taken just a few mins of her oh so precious time and READ what she was agreeing to, well she would have seen for herself that SHE had 14 days to cancel from the date of her ORDER. If she did not cancel in that time frame, then she agreed to reoccurring shipments and billing. This is on HER for not reading!!! Now comes the rub. Once the website submits that YOUR WIFE agreed to an electronic contract, the bank isn't going to give you back one slim dime. I would suggest that in the future you READ what you are agreeing to. If you just click that "I Agree" tab without reading, you have NO IDEA what you are actually agreeing to. So instead of ADMITTING that she screwed up, YOU go on the web a defame that company. REAL MATURE of you. Get over it, its HER FAULT!!! The company in question has ONLY done what SHE AGREED TO and nothing more. One wonders how quickly YOU would place a retraction if they served YOU with defamation civil proceedings. If you don't believe me, look for yourself. Try and make a purchase from their site. When you get to entering in your payment information, once completed, that window pops up. I suggest that you read it because it clearly spells out everything. I don't expect that either YOU or YOUR WIFE are going to have the HONOR or personal accountability to admit that YOU WERE WRONG. See neither YOU or YOUR WIFE have it in you to be good ppl like that.
