This is the WORST Dealership I have EVER seen.  I picked out a truck and took it to my mechanic for and inspection.  My mechanic uncovered a lot of issues with the truck and told me not to buy it.  JW Motors fixed several items on the truck.  Today had the vehicle inspected again by another mechanic of mine and he said the same thing, DO NOT BUY THIS TRUCK.  Went back to JW Motors and the owner got extremely mad at me when I tried to talk to him about the truck and it’s issues. I was very polite to him and he started yelling at me and cussing me out.  I would not give JW Motors any business at all; I do not believe that the owner is there for the customer at all and encourage you to look at their other reviews before dealing with them.

Dealer said "We allowed you to take it overnight for inspection and then fixed all of the minor issues your mechanic flagged."

Gee, if you " ALLOWED" them to take the car to be inspected, as is their right, what is the issue? they were "minor" issues.

WHY should they believe you iexed ANYTHING as promosed when your entire  industry has such a bad reputation?

You spent some money out of pocket to MAKE it worth $30K...they did you a favor, and you whine about it?

Interesting to see the consumer attempt to negotiate a best deal for themselves, and have the dealer cry about it?

You win some you lose some.

You obviously have not read your other reviews that are very similar to mine. You have many unhappy customers out there and I'm very happy I did not do business with you. I am very easy to please I did purchase a 2013 F250 in beautiful shape with zero problems. I don't understand why you want to sell a truck with so many problems to a customer and try to tell him that it's in great shape because it was not. I see by your website you still have not sold it. You know we're trying to sell and it's not right to do that. This matter is closed

Please tell the whole story Mr. Travis Moncrieff of (((REDACTED))). The truck you are referring to had over 200,000 miles on it and was actually in outstanding condition for those miles. We allowed you to take it overnight for inspection and then fixed all of the minor issues your mechanic flagged.

We agreed on a sale price of $27,500 subject to fixing the items noted in your first inspection and then 5 days later you come back again and try to low ball the price by $8000 based on a new frivolous complaint. My truck was worth $30,000 and you wanted to pay us only $20,000 using any trick you could find. We advised you to go buy a brand new truck not ours with 200,000 miles to be sure you have a perfect truck.

You were argumentative and unreasonable and impossible to please. We are very fair and reasonable to all customers and often go above and beyond to make the customer happy during and after the sale.
