i spoke to nick cooper and ordered personally. said he was in the process of changing to fed ex. now I cant get a hold of him by phone or email.

the first time i ordered he messed up it up. but one phone call later and i had what i wanted. this time it obvious to me that I got ripped off after five days of calling and two emails. but perhaps Im being too harsh. maybe hes just so busy that he cant call me back. doubtfull but hey who knows. either way hes not a good business man and I wont be using him again. jwhoutlet.com is a rip off. I hope I get proven wrong though. and before you say anything in a rebuttal, yes I can prove it and yes I do have my card records and yes you did make a mistake. and dont tell me to get a hold of you  because it just doesnt work. you can get a hold of me to resolve this matter.

Can you please email me at newvalleyindustries@yahoo.com.   I am the owner of the website, and would like to personally apologize to you about what has happened in your case.  To anyone who may be reading this post, I would like to let you know that we have had issues with internal theft within our company with a particular employee.  This employee has been terminated immediately once it was uncovered what he was doing.  Not only was he stealing money and product, but he also managed to make a lot of people upset and lose trust in us.  We are NOT out to scam anyone by any means.  We are currently pursuing legal action against this individual, and trying to make sure that he doesn't do this to anyone ever again.


In conclusion, please feel free to contact me at the above email, and I will personally make sure that every customer that has been taken advantage of is compensated accordingly.  We all know that business is built on trust and respect, and we strive for exactly that with each and every sale we receive from our valued customers.


If the person reading this is the former employee, you know who you are, I want you to know that the necessary steps are/will be taken to prosecute to the fullest extent.
