Our investment group happens to be involved in a start up company that was promised funding from this group, in a short period of time. We were coerced into the short term lending with promises of a two week turn around to the funds. After eight months of waiting, our group began to ask for documentation of the repeated claims made by Bob Rice that, "the settlement was only two weeks away."

Here it is four months later, a year total since we started, and the settlement is still, according to Bob "two weeks away." Our repeated demand for documentation as proof that a loan was ever originated has been stone walled by Mr. Rice, and repeated phone calls to the parties of this claim, have been met by silence. The same for emails.

As of two weeks ago we have begun action with the Feds and State Attorney Generals offices in all the States the principals are in, or originated the loans from. If you are a victim to this scam, contact us and we will include you in this coalition of damaged parties.

Principal of K-2 Diane Glatfelter, met with complainant

#2Author of original report

The principal of K-2 Unlimited, Diane Glatfelter, and her attorney met with the complainant to address certain assessments that were made by the complainant. Diane was cordial and open about all matters concerning the funding of the loan that the complainant was involved with. Diane produced a proof of the funds and has offered to move forward and complete the funding. It is a mistake on the complainants part, due to the promises made by a party to the funding, to have assumed there was some problem with K-2 and Diane Glatfelter.

Ms. Glatfelter has assured the complainant that the process to complete the funding will move forward and should be completed within two weeks from the date of the meeting. The complainant never met with anyone from 2-11 Ventures or Bob Rice, so the conclusion is, Ms Glatfelter has everything under control and will deliver as promised.
