Complaint Review: K&B Transport Inc.

First of all I would like to say I have sympathy for the OP or previous report! I can agree to the treatment you recieved while employed by them, as I was employed with them also from october, 23rd, 2006 to April, 04, 2007.

I personally was ran over my hours of service rules too many times to count, I had an accident due to the weather conditions and was required to pay for the damages out of my pocket. Thats what insurance is for! Another tme i was late on load due toi weather, and was fined $50 out of my check, When I decided I could take it no more, they gave me no return trip to the house even know I returned their equipment to the company yard. I did not recieve my final settlement pay with them, and never got a sheet to show the deductions that were taken from me.

They have entered into my D.A.C data base that I was consistantly late on loads, and it has hindered my trucking career search for a really good company since.

My intentions with this complaint is to shgow that this company has consistantly disregarded their employees rights, and have a proven record of screwing people.
