Complaint Review: K & B Transportation

Dear Former Drivers for K & B Transportation,

I am filing a civil lawsuit against K & B
for failing to pay my wages in the time specified by
Nebraska State Statutes. I have read some of the other stories of drivers who have had bad experiences with K & B.

I am requesting any and all drivers to file a rip-off report so that we can bring this company to its knees for ruining people's lives.

They told me that they would withhold money out of my paycheck to pay for an overweight ticket on my tandems, $196.00. They never paid it.

They were alos suppose to withhold child support from my pay and they failed to do that. They received a child support order from the State of Misouri to withhold money out of my check but failed to do so.

It took me more than two months to receive my paycheck and
it is totally screwed up.
