Complaint Review: K-Guard Gutters/ Tidewater Gutter Service/Aero Fulfillment Services

Tidewater Gutter Service/ K-Guard offered a $250.00 rebate after instaling gutters. Aero Fulfillment Services (1-800-225-7145) handles the rebate center which I was to receive rebate from. I have everything documented, sent through signed postal services. This is Mail Fraud as far as I'm concerned.

I followed all the instructions over a 2 year period, everything is documented. All mail was sent and they signed for it. I should have received my $250.00 rebate from K-Guard Gutters in November 2008. I have contacted Aero, ConsumerCashRewards.org, and writen letters to them via address: PO Box 469,Kings Mills, Ohio. Received and signed by a Jim Davis. I have not received my $250.00 rebate.

K-Guard Gutter Service should not issue this reward certificate and offer of $250.00 rebate if it does not intend to fulfill its promise.
