K & K Heating Parma Ohio Charged me for a Trane Air Conditioner and installed a Cheap Off Brand... Parma Ohio

 I signed on with Kieth from K & K Heating and Air Conditioning on Broadview Road in Parma as I live in Parma and I was supposed to get a new Trane Air Conditioning System. When I came home from work I looked at it and it was not a Trane, the name on it was Ameristar. I called Keith and he said it is the same thing that he gets it cheaper with this name on it. I told him I do not want it and that the contract I signed was for a Trane and he continues to argue with me and will not do anything about it,  I called the 800 number in the owners manual and talked to them and they said it is made by Trane but in no way is a Trane unit that it is a builders mode; used on new home construction and what I paid is overpriced. Further after contacting the Parma Building Department Keith did not get a permit and the inspector came out and said the electrical work that was done on the installastion is wrong and I cannot use the air conditioner until I get a licensed electrician to correct this. Keith is a Bad Guy he took advantage of me.

Thank you for sharing.  I am sorry, but I believe there must be some confusion somewhere.  I had my vendor pull reports and it shows that I have not purchased any Ameristar units from them.  I have had no conversations with any customers regarding something along these lines, so I think that you may have the wrong company.

 Can you email me the copy of the proposal at keitht@kandkheatingandcooling.com.  I need to make sure that there is not another company that is using our name because of our great reputation.  It may be surprising but I personally know of another company that has happened to.  If anything did happen on our end and there was any type of mistake I will offer you a full 100% refund of your purchace.  Thank you, and have a great day.
