K-Mart Rip-off No Help No service Aliso Viejo California
I went into k-Mart to purchas an item advertised in the paper on Sunday and went to the store on Monday. They did not have the item and the person tol me that I would have to drive 30 miles to one of the stores that will not be closing.
If they are not going to stock the items at all the stores shouldn't this be stated in the ads?
the item was cheap so it is obviously not worth the drive. i went to Target and paid a few dollars more.
Don't you think that a comppany like this woulsd be willing to give some customer service? This must be why they are in trouble in the first place.
