K-MART ripoff Shreveport Louisiana
I went to k-mart about a week ago, I bought some items that were on sale, but did not open them before I left the store, trusting that all the contents were in the box.
I got home and open the box the next day and notice that all the contents were not in the carton. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, I explained my situation to her and she simply stated that if I did not call the same day of purchase there is nothing she could do, since all sales were final.
When you buy something from a store you expect all the contents to be packed in the carton, not missing parts. I only have some of the parts and cannot do anything with the parts that I have unless I have the other part to go with it. I think it was intended to be a ripp off in the first place since they filed chaper 11.

Everyone know that k-mart closed a bunch of stores and cut back because they were bankrupt. They got bailed out by their creditors and have since recovered.
April don't jump all over people because they remember the store closings and the purchase of Sears has not been reported not and hasn't yet been approved. They intend to bring sears down to thei level by combining brands names.
I think they should be boycotted because they are paying a criminal in jail (Martha Stuart) by continuing to sell her products. Commit a felony and get rich is K-Mart's philosophy.

To all those including this post....all those who assume we are bankrupt need to catch up a bit on your news..we just purchased Sears and Roebuck for something over a billion dollars. So get real.
