I went to go to my on-line banking to manage my budget. I had noticed my account was charged two purchases from K-mart on-line.

One for 48.47 and one for 21.55. My account having limited funds got hit with a overdraft fee of 29.00. Now I am in a loss of 99.02 until my bank finalizes this charge dispute.

The process to file a charge dispute is lengthy. I can not do anything over the phone to protect myself with the exception of I can freeze/close my credit card number.

However I would have no accesses to my funds within the next 13 hours. What a headache. Now, I have to drive down to the bank to file a claim for a charge dispute.

I dialed 1-800-676-5543 which is the contact number on my on-line banking. You don't talk to anyone. There's a recorded voice instructing to e-mail charge disputes to pscrect@searshc.com. They want you to leave all your personal information including the credit card number.

Yea, right like I'm gonna do that. They are suppose to contact you within 24 hrs and I have not heard from them.

I have not shopped in many months to K-mart.com. I will never shop even locally in their establishment again.

There process to satisfy clients with disputes is very unprofessionally and untimely.
