K-Squared Jarrod Kenoyer, K Squared Bad Landscaping Caused Basement Flooding Colorado Springs Colorado
I hired K-Squared to demolish and replace me old deck with a deck and concrete patio. Initially their bid for the work was a reasonable $11 thousand, but soon ballooned to over $15 thousand. After 90 days, K-Squared was not able to fully deliver on the proposed design of the deck and patio.
To accommodate the concrete patio they changed the flow of drainage in the backyard causing extensive flooding in my basement on multiple occasions. When I made the owner aware of the problem, he came over and made a pandering attempt to adjust the grade by raking some of the surface gravel in the area without correcting the problem.
Now my basement leaks every time there is measurable rain and I have a mold problem which prevents me from selling my home and has made everyone in the house sick. K-Squared has made no significant attempts to remedy the problem despite years of working for resolution.
