Complaint Review: K2 Smokes

K2 Smokes charged my credit card for 2 orders of cigaretttes (automatic recurring order) and never delivered cigaretts. Haven't responded to 4 e-mails sent from web site. Rip-off! Internet

In October I placed a recurring order with K2 Smokes for 3 cartons of Marlboros to be delivered every month. I recieved the first order but haven't received the next two orders. My credit/debit card was charged for these orders.

The only way to get in touch with them is through an e-mail sent from their site, so there is no way I can get their e-mail address. There is also no way to get a telephone number
or address for them.

I have sent 4 e-mails stating that I have not received my last two orders and have never received a response.

I have cancelled the recurring order, but they have $107.94 for cigarettes that they never delivered.
