I purchased K2 on two different occasions from those individuals, both times charged as My-Bath.com  The first time was in July and the second in August.  The July order was great, no complaints at all.  The August order was a different story. The package looked different, the herbs were different and the effects were entirely different, in fact barely any.  I emailed them to ask them about it and I didn't receive any reply.  A few days later I received an email from K2 stating that those people/websites have been pulling a bait and switch - they've been marketing their products as K2verified.org product and selling, at least since beginning of August non K2verified products.  This is the clearest bait and switch, if there ever was one.  If they were honest and had pulled off the K2verified seal on their websites it would have been a different story, however they left it there even after they have decided to start selling non K2verified products.  I am not going to comment on the whole K2 counterfeiting/trademark issue, don't care either way, but the fact that this company for over a month has been fooling their customers into thinking they are getting k2 verified products when they've been selling stuff from other manufacturers goes to show you what kind of people they are and what kind of company they are running.  

I contacted my credit card issuing bank to dispute the charges because of the bait and switch scam.  Gregory P. Walker emailed me threatening me that he'll sue me and anyone who dispute charges from My-bath.com.  I then contacted the bank again and told them about the threats they said that those threats were also illegal and a merchant can't be threatening their customers with lawsuits for simply disputing a charge on their card.  The bank decides if the charge should be refunded or not, not me, the customer.  So I've no liability for this, unlike what he was trying to make me believe.  It's my right to dispute credit card charges and let the bank arbitrate.  

Bottom line, this company is dishonest, they have been selling for at least a month products from unknown sources, marketing them as K2 Verified, they threatened me and the rest of their customers with lawsuits if I dared dispute the charges and now they have created their own K2 verification system verifying their own website, trying to further fool their customers into yet another scheme.  Their explanations on their website lacks credibility also because anyone can see they have just recently created those websites, especially the verifyk2incense.com, obviously created right after they got busted by K2Verified, who apparently was their initial supplier.  

The quality of the product I was sold the second time on a scale of 1 to 10, real K2 Ultra being a 9, was a 5 at best.  You can read many other reports about this company not refunding payments, not paying out affiliate commissions, bait and switch, etc.  I hope more people come out with reports about this company and its owners so that less people get scammed by them.  

Their explanation on their website that they've switched suppliers because the original supplier was providing them with inferior products is also false, based on my personal experience.  That's how I found out about the bait and switch, by first buying good product and then, after they've switched suppliers, I got the bad product. So this is obviously another lie trying to cover up their scam.  Only reason they've switched suppliers is apparently to save money at the buyer's expense.  Those are some of the aliases and shell companies they operate under:

And they have many other fake DBAs, fake companies, etc. I've no time or desire to spend another breath on those scammers. I just hope my report prevents other people from getting victimized by this scam and its creators.
