I have financed with KiA for 3 years now. Suddenly I get account past due notice. Called waited, transferred, promised it would be taken care of. Still coming, third notice. It is almost impossible to get a live person! I am stressed out ! My payments all up to date. They pass the buck, don’t take care of problems. I will never use them again! Buyer beware of terrible customer service!!

If you are up to date and your account shows you are up to date, what in the world is the big deal about getting a letter??? Are there now better things to get upset about? This is absolutely ridiculous!
