The Customer Support staff at Kabam, inc. is not only ignoring hundreds and possibly thousands of flagrant customer report abuses committed by other customers according to Kabam.com's own Terms of Service EULA.

 

(stalking, harassment, extortion, sexual harassment, graphic foul language, defamation of character, false allegations of sodomy with animals, posting of stolen copy written material, posting personal identity information, website hacking, etc.).

 

But, Kabam Customer Support staff is failing to have a reliable operational system that logs customer abuse reports submitted.

 

The following is a response received via email from Kabam.com Customer Support:

 

"Thank you for bringing this possible behavior violation to our attention. I would really like to help you with this issue you are having, but I feel like I am missing a ticket in our database. I have the following tickets from you:

 

Rose O., May-18 16:27 (PDT):"

 

In addition to this, Kabam customer service is also showing favoritism to their customers who buy the most products and allowing them to commit any combination of the offenses listed above with no consequences.

 

The failure of Kabam customer service to uphold their own ToS and EULA is so bad and obvious that they allow people to have vulgar graphic user names and guild names.

 

More specifically "Rookies Need Not Apply",  "The Horde", "F * * K Rookies", and "Legacy of Kain" guild members of the Saratoga game server within Facebook.com

 

Similar customer reports were sent to Facebook.com customer support and have been met with the same action of no response.

 

I want to see kabam.com start holding their employees and customers accountable according to their own terms of service EULA, and permanently ban all those responsible for the legitimate reports sent into them already.

 

If kabam.com does not do this, I wish pursue all further civil and criminal legal action towards their company, and hold them accountable. These terms are nonnegotiable.
