Simple but they don't pay you and state they are busy and do a lot of charity work. 60+ days and still no payment.
Don't work for them.

Hi There, Ahmad here, would love to discuss this matter with you further. If you are really a former employee I highly urge you to call me immediately so I can pay you your "overdue payment". What is more likely is that there has been some miscommunication, or that you have never worked for me at all as I pay all of my employees promptly, and am prepared to provide references confirming this. If you are a former employee of mine you will have my phone number so please call me immediately. I am a hard working man and run and honest business so this claim has come as a surprise to me. -Ahmad
