I am just sick that Helen Pearce has gotten away with this again. We lost $2500.00 to her. She said she held up her end of the deal, so we were just out of luck. We had no signed contract, I didn't even know who owned the house we were trying to buy. We I asked her, she said she did. After pushing further, she said a business partner. I was stupid for not seeking the advise of an attorney first. We almost sent her another $6300.00. My heart goes out to those of you who lost more. There must be something we can do. How about a class action law suit. Any ideas, anybody. I reported her to the BBB, but they said she didn't respond to them. Well, duh, would you if you were a scam artist. The Fla. Attorney General's office said she was under investigation. I still haven't heard from them. This woman must be stopped. If you have any ideas please list them on the forum, on line.

I have filed numerous complaints against this company. The Department of Business and Professional Regulations are currently investigating Helen and Matthew Pearce. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney General, Orange County Consumer Fraud Division, Department of Financial Services, Consumer Services and DBPR which is over REAL ESTATE.
The Agent working on this case is Debbie Terry, she is an Investigator for the State of Florida, and her number is 407-317-7673. The problem with the investigation, is although there are numerous complaints, most of them did not give their complete name, and they need names and phone numbers of complaintants to build a stronger case against these scam artists.
So please, please if they took your money, file a complaint. Don't be afraid of retaliation, because Helen is good at making threats. If we don't all work together to get these people stopped, many more people will lose alot more money. We have to stop them, somehow.
